my story

as a kiddo, there was always one place you could find me- with my hands in the dirt. turning over stones to find bugs, talking to snakes, making ships with acorns and leaves to float down the creek in my backyard… mamma gaia and i have had a close relationship my whole life.

part of that relationship has been the voracious need to travel. after my first international trip to japan at the age of 7, i knew that traveling was going to be a guiding light in my life. nothing makes me feel more connected to the earth than seeing and experiencing new places.

as i grew in my connection to the earth, i started learning about the ways i could support my wellbeing in the most natural way. at the ripe old age of 12, i found ayurveda and it flipped my whole view on how i take care of my body.

insert a decade of world, self and divine exploration… and here i am. an avid solo traveler, tarot reader, yoga teacher and practice-er of ayurveda.

My mission: help you come back to your

true self.

i have yeaaaaaars to exploration of different spiritual modalities- and i’ve found the best one to be finding your own truth within yourself. sure, learning and reading and researching can help you find snippets of your own truth- but nothing will make you feel more connected than living in flow with your own cycles, intuition and body.

my mission is to lead by example- share my stories and tips and interest, and know that something will resonate within you if it is meant for you.
